Triathlon is a sport connecting three popular disciplines: swimming, cycling and running. If you want to lose weight quickly, improve appearance of your silhouette and develop an excellent physical condition than this is an offer for you. Long-term physical exertion of low intensity will guarantee burning of fat and improvement of efficiency of organism. What is more, we will show you how interesting riding a bike or running in close contact with nature can be.
We warmly encourage to use this form of physical activity by everyone who like being tired and are not afraid of challenges. People who do not feel capable of it can start from connection of running and cycling as a form of duathlon or can join it with swimming which is called aquathlon. Cost of PLN 400/4 weeks/20 trainings involves:
Monday – running with biosphere in the Athletics Hall of Gdańsk University of Physical Education and Sport 19.00-20.30
Tuesday – swimming training in Swimming Pool of Gdańsk University of Physical Education and Sport 18.30-20.00
Wednesday – outdoor running training with biosphere 18.15-19.45 (classes free of charge)
Thursay – strength training in Academos Club, Gdańsk University of Physical Education and Sport 18.30-20.00
Saturday – outdoor cycling training, 8.00-9.30
training programme – a 4-week mesocycle
5 trainings in total under the eye of trainer, minimum 7.5 hours of training work a week, 30 hours a month!!
Every training lasts 90 minutes!!!)
